Nourish your soul from the inside out.
Join me, Kat McLean, as I guide you through a day of intentional breath, movement, and mindfulness designed to help you practice presence. We're taking the tools of mindfulness off the mat so that you can learn to be mindful every single day. I'll also introduce you to a unique approach to use mindfulness to break free from dieting, and feelings of guilt/shame around eating so that you can ultimately heal your relationship with food.
The chic new space of Park Yoga & Wellness is our backdrop for the day. Conveniently located in the heart of Sherwood Park, this spacious yet cozy location boasts a fireplace, ALL the yoga props one could imagine, and an air of openness and ease.

**NOTES: Ample snacks will be served but it's not a full lunch - please take care of your needs and eat beforehand if necessary. This is an ALL LEVELS event, and is suitable for beginners.
