Service Description
Put wellness first. Studies have proven that practicing mindfulness at work can increase focus, productivity and creativity. When we are conscious of our breath and movement through the practice of yoga, we automatically become mindful. My goal is to make this accessible to you and your group by making it easy: - classes are in person, virtually or a hybrid model. - I bring props, music, and the resources required for your session to create a supportive practice space so you can focus on being present. - No experience required. I cater to the needs of the group and every class is ALL LEVELS. Sessions are 30-60 minutes and include a variety of practices including movement, breath and mindfulness. There are lots of options available including -weekly/biweekly/monthly classes -lunch & learns -conferences/events/team building - retreats Whether you are completely new to the world of yoga and mindfulness or have been practicing for years, Kat will help you design a program that's right for you and your team.
