Yoga, Breath & Beyond

Move. Breathe. Rest. Refuel.

These are the components of a balanced life. But In order to truly shine, we need to fuel ourselves on every level: body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga, intuitive eating, and conscious connected breathwork are the tools I use on and off the mat.  Let me show you how.



Living a life controlled by food is exhausting. The rules are always changing: eat this, don't eat that, eat at this time not that time, carbs are bad, carbs are good, and the list goes on. For most of my life, I relied heavily on diets and restrictive eating patterns that were 'guaranteed' to fix me. It took me years to realize two important things: I wasn't broken and finding balance in my diet and exercise routine didn't have to be stressful.

I do not count calories, use strict meal plans or encourage weigh-ins. I use my body's wisdom to guide me when, what and how much to eat, exercise, rest, and play. That's intuition.

I use mindfulness tools from yoga, breath, and meditation as the base ingredients for a balanced, nourished life. That's intuitive living.
